7th Grade Jenness Park Retreat
7th Grade Jenness Park Retreat

This year's 7th grade retreat was a time of great fellowship for our students. Our 7th graders had the opportunity to engage in various team building activities that are geared to unify them as a class, which is intended to help them step into their leadership role on campus as 8th graders for the upcoming school year. Most importantly, our students had the opportunity to hear the Gospel during our four worship services that were led by CCMS Vice Principal Chris Williams. The students were taught through Scripture (Mark 1:15 and Luke 9:23) that in order to truly be a leader, they must first repent and follow Christ. We are looking forward in seeing how the Biblical lessons learned in this retreat will continue to grow in each student throughout the rest of the school year.
